Magnificent view from this 1 bedroom loft with Ocean  view for a great vacation! This loft accommodates 4 people. In the loft there is a king bed, full bathroom, and a flat screen TV.  On the first floor there are 2 futons, a full bathroom and a kitchen fully equipped for 6. The loft is direct oceanfront with balcony  overlooking the beach. The loft is located on the mezzanine level and there is no need for an elevator.  The amenities include, valet parking, convenience store, fitness center, pool, spa, travel agency, restaurant, tiki bar, tennis court.  Linens, WIFI included.

Rental Policies and Conditions

Payments Accepted: Credit Cards, Personal Checks, Certified Checks, Peer to Peer Payment, Cash, Bank Transfers.

  • There are no refunds for early departure.
  • There are no refunds for weather conditions.
  • At The Time That you book you must pay 50% deposit and the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out.
  • Lost keys will incur replacement cost of five (5) dollars each.This is not a party house.
  • NO PETS over 25 pounds (11 kilograms) are allowed in the building. All pets MUST be held or crated in the common areas. For the pets need permition by the owner and deposit needed to pay for the pet.
  • Check-in is at [3:00 PM] and check-out is [10:00 AM]. A late check-out is subject to extra rental charges.Please contact Soleil Apartments with 72 hours of booking if you would like to request different check-in/check-out times.
  • The renter will be charged for a half-day if he or she does not depart the unit at the time agreed up-on.
  • This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental, you will be fined for $200.00 if you do so.
