  • This is a condo / hotel, so there is no porterage, safes, daily cleaning or phones in the rooms.
  • Check in after 3pm, check out by 10am. Please adhere to the schedule. Without prior arrangement the renter must check out on time or will be charged for an extra.
  • There is 24/7 security desk in the building.
  • This building does not have an access ramp
  • Beach chairs, 1 umbrella and beach towels are inside the room
  • There are no refunds for early departure.
  • There are no refunds for weather conditions.
  • At The Time That you book you must pay 50% deposit and the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
  • We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out.
  • Lost keys will incur replacement cost of five (5) dollars each.
  • This is not a party house.
  • NO PETS over 25 pounds (11 kilograms) are allowed in the building. All pets MUST be held or crated in the common areas. For the pets need permition by the owner and deposit needed to pay for the pet.
  • Check-in is at [3:00 PM] and check-out is [10:00 AM]. A late check-out is subject to extra rental charges.Please contact Soleil Apartments with 72 hours of booking if you would like to request different check-in/check-out times.
  • The renter will be charged for a half-day if he or she does not depart the unit at the time agreed up-on.
  • This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental, you will be fined for $200.00 if you do so.
